The Sorthwave Extreme shoe is perfect for the cold days. The sole is made of carbon and has a stiffness index of 12, out of 15. The upper part of the shoe is made in their Ultra-light XFrame which is an overlapping construction that makes sure to wrap the foot well without giving any pressure points. The boot closes with an SLW2 swivel buckle which makes it easy to close it exactly as much as you need. Up from the ankle is their Climaflex collar, which is very flexible while at the same time providing good warmth and protection from the weather. The shoe is made with Gore Tex membrane which keeps water out.
